On the first anniversary of their first date, which was also at the fair, Jeremy Wilson decided to pop the question to his girlfriend, Shanel Salomon. Just as the hypnotist show was getting under way Saturday night, the Newport Beach couple arrived, and host Mark Yuzuik (who was in on the whole thing) ripped into Wilson for being late, then dragged him up on stage for a flogging.

We pick up the video just after Wilson asks Salomon to join him on the stage in front of hundreds of people.
